コロナ感染拡大により全産業がロックダウンを余儀なくされ、貿易やサービスに対する需要が大幅に減少したことで、世界経済は激変しました。特に製造業や建設業を中心にASEANでビジネスを展開する日本企業にとって、サプライチェーンの混乱は、多くの企業が契約上の義務を果たせなくなり、取引先の履行不能により損失を被ったりする結果となっています。
